@Valdonega26 I don't think Space is meant to attract new users, it's just another way to extract money from the existing ones.
I don't know if you have seen them but initially my Capital's happiness level dropped to 99% - not because of roads needing upgrades etc.
My residents were asking for Space, there was an orangey symbol floating above a house and it would not go away until that particular house was covered by Space, in other words I was forced to get them something from the Space specialisation.
Before long, some other house wanted it too lol
Then the offers started flying, ridiculous prices for stuff I don't particularly want or have the space for - pardon the pun 😉
