Inapp purchased not working
My in-app purchases in the game are not working.
The amount is debited from my apple account but the game screen first shows purchase is successful and then later errors out. Is there any support email, where I can share the details?

Sorry that happened. Our support team can help with missing content if you reach out to them with proof of purchase.
- Open this guide: How to get help in SimCity BuildIt
- Scroll to the bottom and select 'Contact Us'
- The Chatbot will ask you a few questions to help set up a case. Fill out the answer to what it asks
- Once that's done, it will load a new page. Under the heading 'Contact an Advisor', click on 'Chat with us'
They'll do their best to help you from there.
