ATTENTION Track Twenty Dev or Support Tech

I understand from past conversations with TrackTwenty that the level-1 Customer Service agents have no game tools, game access or even know about the automatic "99 million Simoleon hack trap algorithm" built into the game. I recently just went over $99 million in simoleons and was immediately banned apparently, lost my friends, lost MY club and I please need someone (TT/EA) to return my game because a quick inspection from a developer would immediately determine I have never cheated, I am a fair player, and I spend real money in the game "which I will no longer do because of this incident".

I an admin on the largest SimCity BuildIt Facebook group with a huge amount of 7 year mayors and we strictly abide by all terms of service in the game and we are all legitimate long time players with strict anti-hacking guidelines as well.
Please please return me to normal game play!!.

Many thanks,

  • Hello @smelser1122

I am very sorry to hear news of any longtime player being banned. I'm certain you've put much effort in, and spent loads of hours playing the game.

Unfortunately this forum is not monitored regularly by any EA employee or representative, so I'm not sure posting your concern here will actually accomplish anything more than a moderator stopping by to remove your Player ID.

I would like to add that I was a longtime member of several SimCity BuildIt Facebook groups, but chose to leave them all because while hacking was a firm and solid "no" in these groups, cheats and workarounds were fully supported and became the norm.

I have absolutely no EA insider knowledge, but I can tell you that during this last year I have witnessed more crackdowns on players using multiple feeders to support one main city and more crackdowns on clubs using only one or two mains along with multiple feeders.

This is simply a statement, not an accusation, as I have absolutely no way of knowing who you are or how you play.

Best of luck to you! I do hope you're able to get back to the main server and to your club...Keep writing to support.

I am aware this isn’t monitored however I was just now informed via email from the useless SCBI Zendesk support that I should also post in the forms (via a link) because track twenty developers occasionally do view it so that is what I did. In regards to our Facebook group we absolutely do not allow hackers 100% and that minute they are detected they are removed from our group per our guidelines
