I have access to the prize of the beach ferris wheel, which I have installed. The platform of the ferris wheel is there, but NO wheel! Anyone else experience this problem, and is there a fix? I have removed the ride, then re-installed it, but still no wheel.

Are you referring to the Ferris Wheel from Mayor’s Pass season 16? Either way the most likely reason is because of the device you are using. If you have an older device it won’t be able to handle rendering all the animations and objects in the game so that might be a reason. If your device is a newer device then it is possible you don’t have enough storage or free memory available. I would recommend clearing out some storage and making sure you close all other apps before playing SimCity Buildit to free up memory.
If no matter what you do it still doesn’t show the Ferris wheel then you could send a support ticket by going to settings, then help, then contact us. You could explain your issue and hopefully they can fix it so that the wheel shows.
Otherwise you will just have to find a use as it as and hopefully you can still get many more nice buildings in the future.
