Try airplane mode.... on and off it works for me sometimes

This very same problem happened to apple users has been addressed for a long time honestly and they don’t seem to fix it. They only asked the software version and then that’s it, no updates whatsoever to this day. 

Me aswell it is very annoying as like you say you’re working on assignments then go to airport or cargo ship end up having to reboot every 5 mins or so.

Have been experiencing the same problem for ages.  I know it’s not my internet because simultaneously getting the “connection problem” notice, I receive an email.  No such issues with other sites.  I play on my iPad.

Also, the game will suddenly close on me.  This started a couple of weeks ago.

I have noticed this since I got my new phone. My last one was very old. I think it was an iPhone 8. Recently I have put the new phone on game mode and it seems to be better, but occasionally I still need to close the game and restart. 

I am constantly having to restart the game as trains, global, chat, resume, and just about everything stops responding after a couple of minutes non use. It was reported especially for iPads running iOS 18.5 but not enough people assisted with responses to get the problem resolved.

The IPad player continues to get jettisoned by EA Servers.

EA HAS NEVER SOLVED THIS ISSUE since Seasonal Currency rolled out.  

Which is a shame, because the game looks great on the larger screen.  Until they fix this issue, I have cut back on my purchases.

Stop your servers from disconnecting IPad players EA. You might make more money.

I think it depends on the type of phone you're using sometimes. I play on both a Motorola telephone as well as a OnePlus Nord. Never had the issue with the OnePlus Nord, but with the Motorola one I get the message during almost every play session. I use the same Wifi and everything on both phones, which is why I'm thinking it's more a phone issue than anything else.

I’ve had this problem with my iPad for a couple of years at least perhaps longer, way before the seasonal currency was rolled out.
