Best Beach Item?

What’s the best beach item based on population boost? If I’m not mistaken, it should be the Beach Delta... but I just want to confirm. Also, if all my beach area was covered with Beach Deltas, that w...

    @CrazyBob727 Based on review, it does seem like that is the best regular beach building you could buy. However, some of the season pass buildings have better or equal multipliers but do not cover as much area. Your suggestion does seem best to optimize area and multipliers for beach in the capital.
