Weekly cap 121070??

Progress in Mayor's Pass is now capped. 121070 is the cap in Metropolis, Mega is 130000.

EA advertised the new set up as helping us "progress faster than before". And then we're stopped from progressing. :D 

Yeah I really don't understand. Why would they encourage you to stop playing the game?

I feel for you EA has certainly stuffed the game and really making it harder to get anything done. It used to be a fun game but not anymore.

The curator items you need about $1000 to buy them but my advice to everyone is Do Not Buy anything on offer

My weekly cap score at the moment is 111690/130000 but my CoM total is 96375. Why is there a difference?

When that issue about the egyptian hospital happened I thought maybe they want to close the game and they make it nasty to get rid of most players, so the complaints would be less when they close it. 

I've quitted the game then, sad for all these years and buildings earned and bought that now will be lost forever. But I can't keep on it. I can't. It's affecting me too much and after the update I see I'm not even moved to do COM tasks. I don't want to open the game any more.

Same here.  There's no incentive to buy the Premium pass or complete assignments if it's capped, and unlikely to be completed.  

CoM points and Mayor's Pass points are different. Look at your task list - the first number is the CoM points given, second is the Mayor's Pass points.

This cap is ridiculous!  Seems they want to stop getting through at a pace we want.  Very disappointed in what they are doing.  Global Trade HQ has very little to offer anymore.  I’ve been enjoying different versions of SimCity for many years (decades) but I’m quite unhappy playing the game more.  They’ve pretty much ruined it!

Totally agree. No reason whatsoever for this cap. The game is not fun to play any more.
