Beyond upset

I'm highly upset. Upgrade 2.0

Now, I'm out of money for any more upgrades when my cities were perfectly fine. This is the 3rd time I get on this forum to complain. I have barely any space for new service stations or any money left over after just upgrading one city and I have 5 in total. It's totally ludicrous. I don't want to play anymore. You took the joy out of the game with new bs. I can go on ranting because I have so much to say. I've spent so much money on this game and from now on, I will not spend any more. It's been a good run,  but that's exactly what I'm going to do now is run. Oh, by the way. Did I mention I was upset?! A game should not upset anyone.  This is the worst idea yet.
