Blue Haze at the top of my city
There's a blue line at the top of my city similar to what you see under a was shield, but only at the top. I've never noticed this before. Is this something new that I missed some information about?

bro i have the same problem, they messed up the graphics, water looks too dark, city looks dark and this blue colour on top of screen is a bug messed up by their update
It's just part of the new update. No information about it to miss - there seldom is.
The picture actually shows it perfectly. That's why I chose to take it over the water. That light blue line on the top is an overlay.
It's similar to being under a war shield, but it's only at the top of my screen.
