Ever since the last update I've been having trouble with my bonus tasks. Every so often they all turn grey instead of being highlighted. That means I can't do any. I am playing the game on an Amazon Fire H.D. tablet. Tried contacting E.A. about this bug but when I input the info about what console I am playing on it says it does not understand when I input 'Amazon tablet'. Very frustrating. Any help would be gratefully received.
If they're greyed out, you've either done the maximum amount (75) or you're out of Golden Tickets.

Sorry, not sure how to. Anyway, it's clear that there is a bug. It all happened before I'd completed all my weekly and bonus tasks so it had nothing to do with having 3 tasks running at the same time.
Same for me. Bonus missions unavailable even if weekly limit not reached ...

I need to report it now too. I had over 300 golden tickets and now the game says I have 4 and all of my bonus assignments are greyed out. Glad I’m not alone =/
I checked and it was the lack of golden tickets.
