The support service was rude and refused to resolve the issue
They have been unable to resolve my issue for 4 months. I provided all the screenshots and described everything in detail. Technical support refuses to resolve the issue. Refuses to accept a complaint about their actions. In the end, they were rude and disappeared. Is this even normal? Can community managers comment on this situation?Random train track. When I started to add track to an area I found that it started to place it not on the aligned grid and when I tried to remove it it would not allow me to select it for removal. So now that are is unusable and no building etc can be placed over it. Any ideas how to remove it?About City Delete Button

Good afternoon community, I would like to report an issue that prevents me from accessing the Cactus Canyon region, where all my factories and shops are located. The game crashes and closes automatically. I play on a OnePlus 9 Pro, running SD888 and Android 14. I've tried accessing it from other devices, but while I can access this region, the game crashes in the same way with Verde Valley. If I can't access my factories and shops, I can't play anymore. It's absolutely frustrating. Anyone else having problems like this and the garbage spaghetti code in this game?Currency exchange system
There should be a system that lets us exchange simoleons to regional currencies e.g fin simoleons, leaf simoleons. There are so few ways to earn regional simoleons, they should either separate the tax revenue of regional areas or create a exchange system. How many of you agree about this...
