Bot city's with no clue name or players name wth

How do you allow a team with no club name or names on player and here we are in war with a team like that and have knocked them out yet being told war will not end until tomorrow ???

Do better EA and trying to report or contact you is impossible also have screenshot that will be we attached to this post.
