I bought 30-day SimCash with my GooglePlay Account.
After ten Minutes of waiting the Cash is not showing in the Game but i get the Payment Confirmation from google
Please activiate the payment to my game or send me back the money
Hello @andyeaust Sorry to hear that you didn't received the Simcash.
From experience, it can take up to 48h before you start receiving the Simcash. If after that time the issue persists, please contact support in game with a screenshot of the payment confirmation that you received by email. They will be able to fix that for you. 🙂

I haven't received my simCash which I have purchased from the store of SimCity buildit transaction has done and the amount of money also got deducted from my bank account but I have not got any of the reward which I have purchased
