Bud issues again

I'm having bug issues again with my utilities (power, water, waste etc). As well, one of my control nets is not covering one building, and it says I'm under drone capacity when it's not.

    Check if your bridges are working. It might be the ‘update’ issue that I had earlier this week. Lots of people reported on it. What I did to solve it was first updating my iPas to OS18.1.1, then update the SimCity BuildIt app from AppStore. Since those two updates (in that order!), my bridges are working well and all utilities are connected.

    Nope, all connects are fine, I v changed nothing, it just keeps showing up for no reason.
