- Anonymous10 years agoI believe your saying that you did an assignment yesterday in the contest of mayors to upgrade 1 London building and didn't get the points. I have done this assignment in almost every contest, always the same, I put in the London building upgrade it once, that doesn't count as an upgrade for some reason? Then you have to actually upgrade it again for it to count. If you have this building in place already you would only need to upgrade it once, but it takes 2 of the same specialty items to achieve. It's harder to get 2 of the same specialty items than one of each, then have it match the job to upgrade the building. I don't build London towns so I just upgrade them twice, collect the points and bulldoze them after.

Not just London. All residential areas are done in the fashion that Toby describes.
