[bug report] Maxis manors not working

I took 2 weeks from playing the game.  Maxis manors are not producing items.  I have waited almost 48 hours for this to come right.  I paid the these items over the last 10 years.  

I have tried contacting EA helpdesk.  This is a nightmare!  Any suggestions on how to log would be appreciated.   Thanks
