Game crashes, does not get loaded

Since 27 May, 2026 Simcity game does not get loaded in my mobile, I have cleaned cache, app storage, reboot mobile/ router, have more than 10gb free space, reinstall atlesst 20 times but game does not get loaded fully and does not starts. It just get crashes everytime. I am daily player of simcity, this ha made me so frustrating. I have sent messages to EA many times but still problem not solved. Simcity Programmers should now focus to make game without bugs more than just adding updates, easy to get loaded in mobile and reduce unnecessary animations, features and ads. ABOVE ALL REMOVE CRASHING PROBLEM ASAP. Thank u.

    My game crashes too especially if I’ve had it open for more than 15 mins. I can do things like upgrade and collect and produce but as soon as I move to another region or ghq it crashes. Have to reload then if I move a building or even go into parks to get one it crashes. Very annoying and frustrating

    You’re lucky. Mine freezes after 2 minutes without playing!

    Have a Look on my following  tread I have updated today, perhaps it can help:

    Bug? Unlocked 1st Class Sleeper at Level 20 but can't purchase it

    This appeared also after the update
