Bug Report: Season Pass tiers disappeared after buying Premium Mayor's Pass

I bought Premium Mayor's Pass this morning and right after that, the additional tiers (Beyond Tier 38) disappeared! I've been able to accumulate points towards Contest of Mayors, but as seen in the attachment, I cannot make progress towards the additional tiers, because they disappeared! This is obviously frustrating since that's the point of buying the Premium Mayor's Pass.
