I recently made an in app purchase of seasonal coins and instantly my game crashed! Have not been able to play it since. It crashes with in 5-10 seconds on loading. On occasion a scene will pop up and say I have reached the next tier. Must be a bug! I will try and grab a screenshot if possible with the constant crashing! Anyone else have this issue? So frustrating!!

After my husband made an in-app purchase a few days ago, his app started crashing after about 20 seconds after it's opened. I've tried everything to help him solve this, but so far, we've had no luck. Bummer.
SaraLara619, something somewhere has been fixed because my husband's app isn't crashing now. Hopefully your app will start working correctly soon as well.
I too have been having issues with crashing and I just realized from reading your post that I ALSO purchased seasonal coins this morning. I have reported the issue to EA but I have already done a full troubleshoot and nothing I can do is helping. Have you reported the issue?
I have also reported this issue to EA. I have also found I can load my game on another device and have no issues but the device I attempted to make the purchase on is continuing to crash even after deleting the app, clearing the cache, rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app.
Same here. I’m struggling now to play on my phone but it is NOT FUN. I have arthritis and trying to play this on my phone is painful.
Same. I downloaded to my phone as a failsafe and I’m still getter my messages there.But after doing all the things to fix my tablet, it’s crashing HARD every time I try to launch. I guess I’ll keep trying and hope for a fix. This week of play is pretty well screwed for me though.
I hope that continues to work for you. I’m having error messages on my secondary device. Just not crashing repeatedly like on my tablet 😡
