Hi folks,
Thanks to everyone who’s weighed in. Just to clarify: the “pin” and “mark as solution” options are one and the same on the forum, which I know can be a bit confusing. That post is pinned purely for visibility in case the steps help some of our Mayors.
Really appreciate you sharing what’s worked (and what hasn’t) across your devices. From your responses, it looks like the workaround pinned may help on certain Android models, but not on others, like iPads and Fire tablets. I’m not aware of any other workarounds right now, but it may be worth running through the standard troubleshooting steps to help rule out any potential syncing issues. I’ll drop links to those guides below.
