Bug with new menu in depot

What about for iPads?

This is not solved. There is no aspect setting on a Fire tablet. And since I also have the separated city storage I can't sell any steel, wood, etc, as the storage selection is blocked.

Thanks to everyone who’s weighed in. Just to clarify: the “pin” and “mark as solution” options are one and the same on the forum, which I know can be a bit confusing. That post is pinned purely for visibility in case the steps help some of our Mayors.

Really appreciate you sharing what’s worked (and what hasn’t) across your devices. From your responses, it looks like the workaround pinned may help on certain Android models, but not on others, like iPads and Fire tablets. I’m not aware of any other workarounds right now, but it may be worth running through the standard troubleshooting steps to help rule out any potential syncing issues. I’ll drop links to those guides below.

I tried fullscreen  and 3:4 but only 16:9 has solved this.I

Ok, found how to solve the problem although after I can no longer have full screen view.  I find it annoying the X to close the store when shopping is in the bottom of left hand side. Not handy when righthanded.

This may work for Android. However, as far as I can see, there is no corresponding setting for the Ipad mini pro ss per my original post. So alas, bot fixed for me. So do I need to open a specific thread for Ipad ??

Changing the aspect ratio is a good workaround but it does mean I'm using less of my screen and and not  getting full resolution. I'd rather EA fix this bug so I can play this game at full resolution the way I used to do before this update.

Yes. Icons are tiny. I don’t know how players using phones can see them!
