BUILDERS PLEASE HELP ME GET BACK MY CITY PLEASE!!!😢

I changed my phone and I lost my city whenever I try to connect with my Facebook it tells me that I have a city connected to this account already so if I do why don't it allow me to connect back to m...

1. Start the Game

2. Follow the tutorial, as if you are building a new city (the settings and connect buttons on the top left are invisible until now)

3. Keep following the tutorial, until the lady in the tutorial tells you, :"You are ready to go on your own".

4.Now, you have the connect or friends button visible on the top left.

5.Connect using FB or Google, and you will be prompted to download your old city.
