Building sound still playing

Hello, I have a problem. In my Simcity Buildit is still repeating sound of building a residence. It is really annoying and I have no idea how to stop it. Even if I restart the game or turn the sounds...

    Have you tried turning off the sounds in-game and not just on your device?

Hello,

Like @never2old2game said turning off the sounds will prevent you from hearing it but the reason the sounds are playing is because the Cargo Ship Dock is under construction. The same sound will play if you build the Airport or Vu Tower.
