Im at level 98. I have more than enough storage items as the amount required is 13 of each of the three storage items, and i have 27 of each, yet the buttons are gone for:
1. The 'upgrade storage' button
2. The simcash button if i want to pay 18 per storage item
Both are gone since this last update.
Push on your storage depot or material depot and will say …do you want to upgrade? Press yes. If you are referring to the task to upgrade you will need to wait until one shows up in the assignments. I deleted 5 assignments and actually got one to upgrade for 3000 points.
Hi, I'm at level 98. There is no more button to push to get the 'do you want to upgrade'. Thats the problem. Ive got 596 storage capacity for the raw materials currently, and 1060 storage on the made items. Its the raw items box that the buttons disappeared. Ive got enough storage items (27 each) to increase by 3 but there's no more button, it disappeared during the last update.
Also, there are no more buttons next to each storage item in the raw materialsboxto pay 18 simcash per storage item. I dont need to pay but i just thought id let them know that's broken too, disappeared.
Like you lushalot I have upgraded my main to max and my raw storage at moment is 658 and I am still getting the option to upgrade so defo a tech issue with yours
It is interesting that you have 658 and can still upgrade. When the material storage first appeared I was on maximum city storage, and was given 636 material storage with no further option to upgrade any more.
1000 is the max base City storage. You presumably have three regions with +20 each, giving you 1060. You cannot upgrade City storage any further at present, though you can get two more Regions for +20 each.
I'm not entirely certain but I think 596 is the max base Material storage. I'm on 696, maxed out, and that includes 5 Regional material storages at +20 each. So you can get +60 if you buy the three Regional material storage facilities, but you won't be able to upgrade in the normal way until EA increase the max limit.
Vernissa - sounds like you have 596 base (which is the max) + 40 from two Regional material storage facilities.
yup i’m done upgrading the city storage because i’ve hit the limit at 1060.
And yes you’re right, 596 is the max in the base material storage. but i have 547 items. I’m not full yet. And i have 35 of each of the three storage upgrade item bars, cameras and locks. So i’m like why isn’t it letting me have a button to upgrade my storage?
547 is your current usage - but your current capacity is 596, which is the max.
You can't upgrade capacity beyond 596. It doesn't matter how full your storage is.
My material storage is 645 and my other storage atm is 950 and I can upgrade it
My bad, I thought you were having problems but I can’t work out why I can upgrade and you can’t. I upgraded to 645 yesterday and I do lose 95 storage items after this week CoM finishes have no idea why it’s that high. Will find out at end as I thought it was only + 45 during CoM
