Go to the Game Center app on your iPad. Is it listed there? If yes, you can delete and reinstall, no worries. When you reinstall, you will have to play through the tutorial and then you can log in again /link to Game Center.
After you delete the app, do a hard reset. Hold down the home button and power button until the device completely powers off. This fixes most issues. (You can also try that before deleting.) Then reinstall the app. If it won't load when reinstalled and not logged in, then it's a device issue. Post again and I will try to help you with that issue @11146002
I followed the advice making sure the game was still in Game Center then deleted it, hard reset then reinstalled it and it now works after going thru the tutorial. Thanks.
