Can anybody tell me why I suddenly cannot produce anything at the Bureau of Restoration? It worked fine over the Thanksgiving weekend and on November 30 all I get is a message saying "The store is open for a limited time. While it is operational you can use it to craft seasonal items." Problem is - not a single thing can be crafted! I'm currently on Level 17. Thanks for your help!
@jknabbe we’ve experienced the issue that we couldn't see each other’s Xmas items after the Santa’s shop is closed. They were all removed from global trade HQ too, then they started appearing again. It was fixed in a few hours.

Not sure if it’s related with your case but this same issue was reported last year when Santa’s workshop is closed too.
maybe that ours is the same issue., but we all can see Xmas items -and others- in the Global Trade HQ.

Up to now, three days late, I did not get any further information.
BUT: It seems, that this erratic failure does not happen anymore.
Maybe it has been solved or corrected.
This is closed for me.

there is no answer and no feedback from EA up to now (Feb. 06, 2021), after a little more than one month.

Do you still have the issue for trading with your club members?

Wish EA gave some answer about the issue you had. Oh well.
Glad they didn’t let us use the sport shop anymore, we are free from the annoying seasonal production 🙂
