No Tier Rewards after Tier 38
Can someone please tell me why there are no Tier Rewards from Tier 39 through Tier 48? Even if I do/don't have the Premium Pass, they should not be blank if there are Tiers to earn....

39-48 are for Premium+ Pass only, which is a paid option.
But you've answered your own question. Only those who purchase a Premium Pass+ can go beyond level 38, which is why the top half is blank. The only tiers available beyond 38 are the bottom Premium ones, if you pay for the pass. Your screenshot demonstrates this. It's been like that for as long as I can remember.
