can you link between iOS and android
So can i have my city that i made on ipad on my android phone too?

Theoretically you can play the same city on iOS and android. However if you read through the forum here you'll find that many people are having problems switching platforms. There could be bugs but I think its mainly due to very poor interface design that leads to confusion and the fact that EA uses third party services to store its data for this game. I would keep an eye on the forum for a while and wait for a proper solution before switching devices. Otherwise you'll be back asking how to sync your data, then you'll get fifty different solutions from fifty different people..none of which will help you.
EA needs to address this! I think the best albeit most unlikely solution would be to get rid of the third party services altogether and store all data in house on EA servers. This would clear the forum of literally half of the complaints here. Get rid of Game Center and Google play! Ive never encountered a game which relies so heavily on external servers and its obviously causing problems.

- Yes if you link through Facebook. It works fine for me.
- Yes linking through facebook is fine in fact its the only way I connect with friends in the game apart from a few actives on Game Center. But I do have some concerns as I am thinking of using my droid phone as well as my iPad. Its my understanding that if I switch to droid I wont be able see my friends who are playing through Game Center. If thats true then I would hardly call this game cross platform!
I'm sorry I shouldnt discourage anyone from trying the game on a new device. But until they improve cross platform functionality and the user interface I won't be switching devices.
