I agree with this, I've got several homes that I'd like to have on a street of premium homes to look like a neighbourhood however they all keep telling me to upgrade when I don't want to :/
I agree too, I've got some nice estates and houses and want to keep them. I don't want any more apartments for now. We should have an option to upgrade
