Game crashes when trying to load my Limestone cliffs region. This issue occurs on my phone and my tablet. Game uninstalled, reinstalled after wiping junk files. Cache cleared. Checked for updates. Restarted phone. All the tier 1 stuff is done. Sent in a trouble ticket, but wanting to see if anyone else is having the same issue. only thing weird this morning was a 15-16MB update was going at initial app loading screen. Can access all other regions just fine.

Do you have the Carnival Games Square building placed in that region? Seeing as your able to access other regions it might be the issue. It is from Mayors Pass season 16 and whenever I place it, the game always starts to lag so bad it becomes unplayable until I store it.
Unfortunately you said you can’t access it so even if it is the problem it won’t help much but at least you would know the issue. I really hope the support team can help you access the region again.

@hotdog9wikiThat building is in my Sunny Isles. That region loads just fine, and I experience no lag on any of my devices. I have all regions unlocked except the final one (Green Valley for me) and everything is full. 55% is residential, the rest is all buildings and landmarks etc.
Sorry it didn’t work. That is the only thing I can think of that would cause the issue. Hopefully someone else on the forum or the support team can help you.
I have an update. None of my club members can access that region of my city either. looks like the region may have become corrupted. That would be a shame, as that was the first region I unlocked, and put a lot of time and effort to its design.
If you haven't already, you may want to add this last bit of information to the in-game support ticket you submitted earlier.
