Cannot collect design challenge reward

I was unable to collect rewards from the Beach challenge a few days ago. I've done other challenges since, but the notification and pop up telling me I've got rewards to collect for the beach challenge keep coming. They won't stop and I can't collect the rewards because there's just a blank card where that challenge should be.

It's very annoying.
