Cannot Trade With Neighbors

Moved to the correct section

One of the new members in my club has the same problem.  All of us can see and trade with each other, none of us can see any items in his store, and he can't see any items in anyone elses store.

He even has another member in the club also as a facebook friend, can't see or trade any items with him either since he joined our club.

Previously he was able to trade fine in the old club he left.

So far - 2 opened tickets with support and no reply to either of them.  Also posted in this support forum last Monday... no response from anyone.

I had already done all these and more before contacting EA.

I'm playing 5 Simcity BuiltId games on 2 tablets.  My main game, Moofish00, is the only one effected and the only game that is a Member of a Club.

Hmmmm.  The only thing I haven't tried is leaving the Club.

The member in our club with this problem, left the club.  A short time later, they requested add.  AND... same problem.  Nothing fixed.

Next thing he's going to try is delete the entire game and try a restore from facebook, but won't know how that works out for a week or so.

Michael:  Thanks for thhe info about leaving the Club.  I'll skip that one. 

I tried deleting (uninstall) the game also.  More than once actually.  Look at the EA 'fix' link above to see everything else I tried.

I hope EA sees this and responds soon.  I have stopped playing as Trading is such an important part of the game.

I requested a call from EA and they just called.  Long story . . . Short Version : Try running the game on a different device.

Ok, I can try that.  I will post the results soon.

Problem remains.  Installing the game on a different Android device did not resolve the issue.  My club members confirmed that my Trade Depot is empty for them.  I put items there but all they see is the message "Nothing for sale right now".
