Can't find clubs using search
Whenever a friend of mine gives me their club hashtag and I try searching for it I can't find anything. Any reason for this?

Are you able to find other Clubs (different than your friend's)? Also, could you ask your friend and let us know if their Club is in a war at the moment?

I experienced the problem when searching for 2 or 3 different clubs that friends of mine belong to. It was before the first war started.
I am able to browse and join clubs and can search using club names but am unable to find the ones I'm looking for.

Would you mind sharing the clubs you are trying to search for? Feel free to send me a private message with their hashtags if you prefer not to post them publicly.

Hi,
I have the same problem.I am having this same problem. Having accidentally left my club, I cannot search for it. I don’t know the hashtag and the president, who is a Facebook friend, cannot find it. When he goes to my tp, it looks empty but is not. I have emailed EA, but they havent responded. Any advice? I’m lonely without my game friends.

@PinnacleValley, I actually thought it could be related to having left the Club recently, but they weren't a member of the Club before so unfortunately waiting doesn't seem it's going to help ☹️
@Salman_dugeb and @wolfheartsoul, could you please open a help request ticket from the game and let me know the ticket ID you get so we can take a look?
@Neokati, in your case, could you check if you are able to find the Club now?
@9b1893bb4f072b01, your President should be able to find the hashtag of their Club if they go to the Members list and then press on the i button in the top right corner. Once you know the hashtag, try to search for it 🙂

We found my club hashtag #NSPF. Search shows other clubs including those letters, but not Free Market. I sent EA a help email request #318277 on Oct 30. Still no reply.
Leaving the club was accidental when I got a new tablet. I have been playing the game almost since it began.

Hi There,
I woke up this morning to a message saying I had left a club, which I had definitely not intentionally.
I cannot find them in the club search and have no ID or facebook friends in common.
The club was Lions Gate and the president was San Bonito.
I would love to get back in so if you could help me out it would be much appreciated?

I have the same problem with my old club.
i leaved them for just one day and now i can‘t find it anymore, not with the name of the club and not with the hashtag...
what can i do...
i also habe the problem that i cant see what one of my facebook friend offers.
when he wanted to sell someting to me i cant see it and otherwise the same.... why???

Let's see if we can get you guys seeing your respective clubs again. Do you know if the clubs were in war at the time you were trying to search for them?
Would you also happen to know anyone who can send you a club invitation if you wished to rejoin the club? Sometimes that can help if you can't find it in a search.

Hi guys, I'm having the same problem. I was VP of my club and now I cant find them using the club name or hashtag.
When I type the hashtag into the search it says no club matches the criteria?

I have a seperate club that is not in a war but i still cant find it i used the hashtag but it said "Error club not found" and it let me back into the chat option.
