Game not the same for all players. This is totally unbalanced.

This game has one rule for some players and another for others. This is totally unfair. Either roll out the update and annoy absolutely everyone or put it back to its original form which will annoy the chunk that have had to put back their cities together through weeks of upgrading and rearranging. Your customer service is currently non existent. I have now been waiting 6 weeks for someone to reply. The last response from someone was they were sorry that I paid money for speed ups and didn’t get it but there was nothing they could do about it!
