Can't get happiness higher than 99%.

If you click on each residential building you will see where the unhappiness is.  Typically its not enough parks though like others have said.

I've been away for a couple months. I had 100% happiness, and since returning I have not been able to get back to 100%. I don't care but I think either yellow roads or not having any worship building is what is stopping the last 1%.

FYI - I finally went from 99% to 100% when I discovered one building didn't have park coverage. I read the pop-up about the kids joining a gang since they don't have a park. It immediately want to 100% and the smile got wider. I have traffic issues and no churches, so as someone noted here, it's definitely the park coverage. Kind of single-threaded if you ask me...but it is an iphone app.

From my experience, i agree with most of comment about parks, but something that i already discovered, if you have checked the park coverage, service coverage etc, but you still get 99%, just move your government building (there are three buildings), move all of them to different area, it's weird, but suddenly i got my 100%

Mine was also like that with parks EVERYWHERE! Today I saw that three buildings were close to the city storage and the sims didn't like it. So when I moved them the happiness jumped to 100%

Mine was also like that with parks EVERYWHERE! until today when I clicked on every single household. I realized that 3 of the binding's sims were not happy because they lived close to the city storage. I moved them away and the happiness went from 99% to 100%. Give it a try. Good luck!

I have tis problem too. I have everything good except my happiness.

My best suggestion would be go to city hall (where you collect tax) and hold down until you are able to move the building and click check (you don’t need to move) and then look at all your residences and find the one that has the yellow face and identity their needs. Probably a park will address, but you may need to complete a repair. Good luck.
