I am definitely not getting any bonus. It mentions money purchased currency is not included, but none of my options are being doubled.
Until this bug is fixed, I recommend not buying it.

Hi! My case is exactly the same. I've bought this currency booster an hour ago or so and absolutely nothing has changed. Same currencies and same coins won when changing for pumpkins. No change. The game still offers the option to buy it again, as if it hadn't been bought. But it's been charged in my account, and I have the purchase proofs, so I've asked EA to refund me. They told to go back to the game and wait for the answer when a real person checks it, as it was all in the chat with bot. Don't buy this booster. It doesn't work. Everything in this game is going worse and worse everyday. We don't want more currencies and they add one more in every season. This game is not funny anymore
The additional currencies are so infuriating. So many could be eliminated. The platinum keys should be rolled into gold keys. They have limited use so I don’t see the point in keeping them. Even all the regional currencies are unnecessary. They could be combined into one regional currency. Finally, all the currencies for CoM are completely unnecessary. We only need one. There is so much in this game that is complicated but has no benefit whatsoever. This is like a hoarders version of a game and it desperately needs an organizer to clean house.
Agree with everything u say particularly about platinum keys. Got 17k of them and f all to buy with them,got at least 10 of everything I need for epics
Me too. I bought it 12 hours ago and it didn't work. The game is exactly the same and it offers me the booster as if I hadn't bought it. I asked EA to solve this bug or for a refund if it wasn't possible, but I have no answer. I would like to know if this has happened to more people. I play on android
Hi! My booster didn't work. I've asked EA for a solution or a refund, but just for curiosity, is it only the number of pumpkins that is being doubled? The booster says "100% seasonal currency". Ghost essence and creep coins are also seasonal currencies. I thought that maybe the number of these coins given by the pumpkin converters would double. Is it only for pumpkins? Then it's not worth the value, I think. With enough London, Paris and old buildings the number of pumpkins will be as overwhelming as the number of pretzels in last season. The booster should double all seasonal currencies, not only the one that's not limiting at all. Another unfair cheat. And besides, mine is not even working...

Same problem here. I created a thread on Wednesday here to warn people that it didn't seem to work. But now apparently it is working for some people. So yesterday (Thursday) I got into contact with customer service, sent them the documents they asked for (including payment proof - don't delete those e-mails from the App store!) and now I'm still waiting.
Even if this gets fixed soon, I'll still have lost out a few days. The boost is only active for one week, so that means that we'll still lose out significantly.
