can't link facebook

I can't use facebook account play game.when I 

I can't log in to simcity with a facebook account. When I select the FB account, it prompts that there is a level 1 city with 0 population. When I click on that city, it says I can’t load it.

    @785560068 Have you tried logging in with an EA account?
    Or Google Play if you are using an Android device?
    Apple ID?
    From your post I can't tell what you are using 🤔
