card pack offer -- no cheetah speedups or gold keys
I just bought the $4.99 and the $14.99 Card Pack Offer and neither of them dropped the promised cheetah coins or gold keys.

The exact same thing happened to me. Bought the $14.99 pack then $4.99. No idea how to get it fixed.

I have many epic buildings generating speed up token parts and have noticed if I don't space out collection, their seems to be a threshold where the parts drop, but don't make you tokens. Occasionally when this happens I get an error message:
"Use your speed up tokens on commercial buildings first."
I do not see a limit posted anywhere, but apparently there is a limit to how many you can hold. I now take care to activate at least one before collecting a batch, but that stinks. We should be able to use them when we need them for wars and mayor challenges.
I wonder if you guys were over the unpublished limit when you bought the card?
