Cargo required and not available

That is true. Been there done that. Sometimes the orders are different and sometimes they are the same. This does not explain why the desired cargo is not in the selection/load boxes. E.g. the requested cargo in the challenge id planks the selection shows 3 items 12 plastics, 0 coconuts and 5 electric components but no planks even though planks are in the inventory. The choice is to ship what is there or let the challenge expire. 

From your screen shot, it appears that the challenge has expired. Go to the train HQ, select that challenge and click Not Now, a new challenge will appear.

Yeah that’s a bad screen shot. Can I request a new challenge if it has not yet expired? I do not have planks to load. 

You had the wrong wagon selected, you had need the construction wagon instead the materials wagon and than the planks would have been appeared

I have cargo requiring a Rustic Car but don’t have one and it doesn’t appear in the Railway shop so cannot do the required shipment. Has anyone found the Rustic Car?

Rustic Car unlocks at Level 15. You get given one at that point and can sometimes buy others in the Rail Shop.

I have rustic car unlocks at certain levels. You just need to wait and finalize the unexpired challenge. Also reference this post Bug? Unlocked 1st Class Sleeper at Level 20 but can't purchase it with nano banana
