Changing from 2D into 3D

You mean you turned camera angle on top of your city because I'm not aware of such option? Just drag with 2 fingers to change view angle.

Two fingers on the screen horizontal, swipe up and down. Similar to scrolling web pages on a touch screen laptop.

I kep accidently changing to top down view and it was driving me nuts before I figured it out.
