Cheater in Contest Of Mayors

I facing him 3 times in Contest Of Mayors
He can reach rank 1 very fast, and his plumbob points are unnatural or unnormal
What do you think about adding plumbob points 20000 - 30000 in 10 minutes? He did it for 3 times when facing me
Help me please, i think he is a cheater..
Check him and make sure that his account is cheater or not

You can report suspected cheaters in-game by going to Settings > Help > Report Player, or online by using this link: https://simcity-buildit.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new Submit a Request > Report a Player. You can add attachments and explain why you think the player or team is cheating.
This is a player helping player forum, there's really nothing anyone here can do about these reports. Reporting the suspected cheaters is the only way to get the information directly to the right people on the SimCity BuildIT team.
