Re: Cheaters reporting in iPhone

Fighting wars in this game is completely pointless, because in almost every other club there’s at least one cheater, if not more. SimCity BuildIt would probably set a world record for the number of cheaters. And what does EA do? They make reporting cheaters as difficult as possible (at least on iPhones), respond very rarely, and if they don’t like your post, they remove it under the claim that it violates the forum or game rules.

It is a total waste of time reporting cheaters to EA. They do nothing. Just had another request by a hacker to join our club. A blatant hacker advertising scripts for cheating on SimCity. He has all level 20 war attacks but city level 52. Even the city name has hacking in it. I have reported it, along with others but it still exists. This whole game is full of cheats and after 10 years playing now finding it frustrating and am seriously considering leaving.

Seriously why the hell do you even play WAR? Get out of the club find one that doesnt doesn’t do WAR and just build your city as per the description, “SimCity Buildit” Simple!

No one needs to play war no matter what league your in, it’s only a choice to do so.

Im in mega league and I play in a No War Club

    Absolutely not the case.

One does not need to engage in War during Contest of Mayors.

There are assignments that are only accomplished by participating in War, but the game easily allows a player to work around those.  Many in the club I am a member of are Megalopolis League Players and none of us engage in Wars.

Yes, there are several clubs that do just fine, accumulating Legendary Chests with engaging in War.

If cheaters drive you nuts in War, why not join a Club that does not fight them and avoid the angst?

    Many are out there.

    Good Luck

Am I the only one who actually doesn't mind when we go against a club who is CLEARLY cheating? I like when my city is attacked over and over, because its the CHEAPEST way to aquire war supplies lol.. the war deliveries are absolutely painful, and id rather spend my war simoleons on boosters

    Hi Vernissa

I don't know if it's the same guy or not (I refuse to call him a player, since imho he's nothing but a cheater) but he applied to join the Club of which I am president. Our Club has always been determined to play fairly and to help each other out, but within the rules of the game. I looked over this applicant and he had a relatively low city level, but EVERY disaster was at level 20.

I've played the game for many years, am at level 96, but my highest disaster is Mellow Bellow @ level 11. Because of other commitments, I didn't notice his application for a couple of days. However, it made me smile that neither of the VPs, not any of the Seniors had even been tempted to admit him to our club. Given EA's attitude, keeping them out of your Club is the best way of sending them a message.

I remember some time ago, one President posted his Club's attitude to those clubs with cheats. His club didn't attack them, which merely wasted war items, but simply repaired their own buildings as a cheap way of gaining war items to add to their stock for the next time they were drawn against a non-cheating Club. Personally, I liked the idea and adopted it!
