First, 20 seconds isn't long, and since arena is advanced, there's a good chance they're not hackers but a really successful clan
Also, 100-200k is a typical score at ELO 4000-4100, so many clubs are "stuck" between A5 and A6.
You can easily circumvent umbrella by Shield Buster.
