Chicago missions not showing up

Look for a green clipboard in your capital city.

I did, I have no green clipboards. I am at level 24, have only 2 journals for Paris and London landscape buildings which do not open until level 30. No other journals or clipboards and clicking on Chicago missions through the events does nothing.

I completed the first one, nothing happens when I click on the second one.

With so few snowflake currency per mission, how am I supposed to earn enough to buy anything in the seasonal depot? You've made the game far too complicated with this update, I'm a level 99 player but will be quitting if you can't make it more playable. Thanks.

Sinne yesterday i am looklng for a green clipboard to start with the second order  but it does not appear in my city. 

I've been missing since the fourth mission. I don't get a new one 

Have started the game new but can still not see a green clipboard

Thanks for checking. It might just need some help syncing up. Could you run through the troubleshooting steps?

If those steps don't work, it might help to get a visual on what you can see when you check for it. Please add a screenshot in your reply.

Hi, I have the exact same problem

The first day the daily tasks didn't work for me. And that was solved.

I completed the first Dr. Vu mission and for a whole day I couldn't move forward with the second mission because simply clicking on "Chicago Missions" brings me back to the game, without opening any windows.

Today I noticed a green clipboard in my capital, and I discovered that it contained the second Chicago mission. "Great" - I thought - "it will be a temporary solution and now they will fix it". Too bad that once the shovels are produced and the popsycles are collected, the third task, the expeditions, doesn't work.

What frustrates me is that I regularly spend money to buy the premium pass for the CoM, but not only will it be very unlikely to get the "Riverwalk" with the new limitations imposed (and therefore the gothic tower), but with these problems it will be completely impossible. How am I supposed to collect enough seasonal coins? And then why put a 60k shop and be able to collect a maximum of 30k by completing all the missions. And what if I was also interested in other buildings?

You should rethink what you are doing. I'm not saying that the new changes are all bad, and I'm not even complaining about the malfunctions. I think, however, that you should enjoy playing SimCity, and more than fun it is becoming stress, or a job. And this is not good, and it's a shame.
