City Life After "Space" Update - no bridges working!

I updated the game this morning, now my city happiness has dropped to 41% and my population has plummeted. City wide I need services - prior to the update I did not. The cause? Bridges that normal...

    Update to version 1.59.2.133348 this patch puts cities back to normal

Hi, I just logged in for the first time post-update and half of my capital city has suddenly started complaining that they don’t have access to services anymore (fire, clinics, sewage, etc). They all do - all of them are well covered - but since the update something’s changed. Any help would be appreciated.

The bridges no longer connect, remove bridges replace with roads until they fix it, that’s what I had to do
