Mass Transit HQ Under Construction.

I've read somewhere that they're going to sell mass transit passes. I guess those would be like the VU pass and other passes. Beyond that, EA has offered no information about the new HQ. 

Services 2.0 was a nightmare on elm street, but Mass Transit HQ and the complete lack of information about it is the sequel.

Recently an EA staffer posted a link to their roles, quoting from that link “We’ll generally give relevant updates on the issue in these threads too”

Services 2.0 wasn’t updated until it was closed. There is no information on Mass Transit other than in game about unlimited stations and mass transit passes came into effect without being announced on the forum.

So yet again EA staff show a complete lack of empathy and compassion for the player group. They admit they can basically do nothing, and direct us to support who can (you guessed it) basically do nothing. They claim to be listening to us and reading all the posts but as an ex-Auditor I see no evidence / proof of that claim. They could have posted a weekly review update on services 2.0 but didn’t

Audit Rule 1 - no evidence = it did not happen. 

EA don’t care about us the player group their care only about parting us from our money.

If you are reading this EA post something about Mass Transit HQ soon of we will be seeing another Services 2.0 debacle 

Customer service has really declined the last few years. Even when they do give information on updates, it’s very limited. We are basically expected to just figure it out on our own. I’ve been playing for all 11 years but I’m about ready to quit.
