I’ve purchased all city services (water, health, police, fire, power, sewage, waste management, control net, and drones) for the capacity needed. I have way more than enough to build more houses. But I have red bubbles all over my city and everything is red in my city services (bottom right) indicating that I do not have enough for the capacity. This is the case on my iPhone and iPad, two different accounts. This has to be a glitch, please help!
There appears to be an issue in the latest update with certain road / rail combinations - T junctions and that sort of thing. Looks like this may be affecting you.
Try deleting the rail tracks and redoing the roads - that might work short term until this gets fixed.
Services not working, roads won't connect, railroads won't connect all with tuesdays update. Game was updated on Amazon fire tablet. Since then tried moving to new galaxy tablet, brand new with new updated download, same issues. Help is useless with ea

Make sure all of your roads connect, treat them like an electrical circuit board.
