City Storage & Trade Center Glitched...

My game has glitched up!There is no upgrade button for my City storage. My trade center will not let me sell any more than 5 items per slot!I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app cleared the catche and data. Nothing works!Anyone else else have this problem or know a fix???

    the 5 item limit is done on purpose

    But I still see people selling more than 5 items in the trade center. Have I been penalized or is it part of the glitched up game program?

    It discouraged me from playing because I worked so hard to get to 350 items in my storage.
