City Unfairly sent to cheats island and progress reversed

I have played Simcity Buildit for 3-4 years and have built a level 81 city with 4.6 mill pop. I accumulated 4,000 keys and 14 million simeleons before war started - I really enjoy and my keys now down to 1,200 and 7.5 m simeleons. Plus I have paid for card upgrades - yesterday I paid for card packs and got mag to level 8 and MM to level 6.

I am in a top 100 club we were prepping for war when I had connection issues for chat and switched from iPhone to ipad - more issues so switched back to iPhone to disconnect wifi and see if that was better.

BAM! A message came up “Left Club” - I panicked because another player in our team had this happen last week and was removed from the war. I contacted the team - what to do? They confirmed my city crumbled. And workshopping with them I discovered that my progress had been reversed. But even worse I have been banished to a place they call “naughty Island” which is apparently where EA send all the cheats!

This is incredibly embarrassing - I feel tainted and have been asked if I am a cheat. It has taken me an hour to work out how to post on this forum, I had to be told I was on naughty Island how on earth could I even know how to cheat? This is very very very upsetting.  I have contacted EA by email and made 6 calls to player support (5 dropped out) and finally today was told to reinstall my city - which I did and of course no use - I am still on cheats island. I need EA help to get me back to the mainframe. The guy told me there is a game bug and it is being addressed “urgently”. I was told to post in this forum and that EA will advise players who post in this forum when the issue is rectified.

i have no confidence in this advice. I don’t know how to get EA to review my banishment and restore my progress. Because of what happened to Team mate last week we are all screenshotting our upgrades. But how can I get the attention of someone who can fix this?
