Hello Mayors,
Today SimCity BuildIt was updated with a new feature - Club Wars.

Okay, I like the club wars.
I bust my butt at acquiring as many war items, and launching as many attacks as I can, at least until the outcome is secure.
BUT...I can think of no other reason, besides greed, for the increase in the club war frequency. Yes, it's not uncommon for me to dump money into the game to help speed up the war deliveries, and I'm sure that I'm not alone, and I'm also sure that it shows in EA's bottom line.
But, no more. I will be boycotting many of the club wars and pass along my sentiments to my club compatriots.
I would be completely happy with 1 battle a week, similar to the contest of mayors. I feel you would get more involvement, as many in my club have issues acquiring the right mix or volume of war items.
My reduction in spending won't be felt by EA undoubtedly. But, if many others feel the same, and also reduce spending, it CAN make a difference.

I totally agree, the increase in club wars has made me lose interest. I like club wars, I find them fun and our team works together and helps with war items and strategies, but since the increase in the frequencies of the war I have no time to rebuild items or collect Simoleans and no time for Contest of Mayors, making the game less enjoyable.
We have tried to get our members to agree to partipating in every other war, but have not been successful, someone always initiates a war even though we have posted on the feed NO WARS for two days, I think it’s unfortunate. I’m not the only one in our club who feels this way, but there is the fear that we will lose good members if we don’t participate in all the wars, but unfortunately I may have to leave the club I enjoy so much because it’s too many wars for me.
I plead with EA to make club wars only 1 or 2 per week, that way they will remain exciting and something to look forward to, and in the meantime while waiting for a war, members can rebuild, beautify city, participate in the contest of Mayors and once again enjoy the game.
